Shipping Policy
Processing Time:

Shipping Fees:
We offer free shipping on all orders. Your packages will be shipped via carriers such as FedEx, USPS, or local postal services.
Shipping Transit:
Time Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 days* (under normal circumstances). Delivery may take longer during holiday periods.
While we make every reasonable effort to meet the stated shipping and delivery dates, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.
Currently, our logistics services are unable to deliver to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO/DPO). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Order Changes:
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you wish to return your items, please initiate the returns process immediately upon receipt of your merchandise.
Order Tracking:
You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to follow your order’s journey! Please allow 3–5 days for the carrier to scan and process your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package but do not see any information, it means the carrier has not yet processed your package. Tracking information will appear on the tracking page once the package has been scanned into the system.
Note: Shipping transit time does not include the time required to prepare your order before shipment.
Missing Items:
If you have successfully placed an order but have not received your item, and the tracking status shows “Delivered,” we recommend you contact the carrier directly to inquire about the package status. Once a package is shipped, we have no control over the transit process (once handed over to the carrier). If the issue persists, please contact us via email, and we will do our best to assist you. Sometimes, tracking information may be unavailable. This could be due to a technical issue that prevents the tracking details from updating on the application. In this situation, if you are still unable to locate your item, please contact us, and we will provide assistance.
