Order Modification and Cancellation
Once an order is submitted, it is immediately routed for processing to ensure prompt preparation and shipping.
- You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, no changes can be made.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or safety flaw (e.g., faulty stitching, broken sole), please contact Customer Support via Live Chat or WhatsApp and include photos of the item. A return is not required in every case; we will process a resolution for you immediately.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video upon receiving your package. This serves as critical proof in case of damage or defects incurred during transit.
Unauthorized Returns
- Please do not use the address on the shipping label as the return address.

- Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns and Refunds
We understand that sizing, fit, or style may occasionally be unsuitable for your child. We offer a 30-day return window for a refund or exchange, provided the product is returned unworn outdoors and in its original, pristine condition.
Return Eligibility
- All items must be unworn outdoors, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including the shoe box. (Any complimentary gifts must also be included in the return.)
- Worn or damaged shoes (beyond trying on indoors) are non-returnable.
- Personalized or Custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept cash on delivery. We do not accept mail requiring payment or tax fees.
Return Procedure

- The return must be sent using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Refund Details
- All refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
- After shipping the order, certain prepaid fees—including shipping costs, handling fees, and taxes—are non-refundable.
Exchange for Sizing: If you wish to exchange the product for a different size or width, we are happy to assist. You must first return the original item to us, which will incur the same fees as mentioned in the previous clause. We recommend placing a new order for the correct size immediately to ensure availability.
